This website is operated by Move Terrain LLC, trading as Move Terrain. Throughout these Terms, the words “Move Terrain,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Move Terrain LLC.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the website.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us.
2. Online Store Terms
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that any product purchased from Move Terrain is suitable and lawful for your intended use and delivery location.
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, cancel transactions, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, service providers, or legal rights.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, photographs, compatibility information, and availability accurately.
Actual product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing updates, packaging changes, or supplier variations.
We may update, modify, replace, discontinue, or limit the availability of a product at any time without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, warnings, instructions, sizing information, and compatibility details before placing an order.
4. Prices and Payments
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout. Prices may change without prior notice.
Shipping charges, discounts, and other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
You agree to provide valid and accurate billing, payment, and contact information. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, discount, product, inventory, or technical errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund the affected order.
5. Order Acceptance
An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.
We may limit, reject, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Product unavailability or inventory errors
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment authorization failure
- Incomplete or unverifiable customer information
- Suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or payment risk
- Shipping restrictions or an undeliverable address
- Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 1 hour after placing your order.
To request cancellation, contact support@moveterrain.com immediately and include your full name and order number.
We will make reasonable efforts to process eligible cancellation requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order has already entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a warehouse.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our 30-day Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Other countries and regions: 8–15 business days
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
We work with multiple warehouses and fulfillment centers. Whenever possible, orders are shipped from the location closest to the delivery address. An order may arrive in multiple packages if items are stored in different locations.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, local carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Move Terrain covers applicable customs duties and import taxes associated with normal delivery. If you are unexpectedly asked to pay an additional customs charge, contact us before making payment.
If tracking information has not changed for 7 consecutive days, contact us to request an investigation. Depending on the results, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
8. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient name, street number, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, and telephone number.
Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or ships.
Additional delivery or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.
9. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Eligible products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, labels, manuals, and components.
Before sending a return, you must contact support@moveterrain.com for authorization and return instructions.
Do not send returns to our registered business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval. Financial institutions may require additional time to display the refund.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
We may request photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and reported issue.
After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.
11. Accounts and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account or login information has been accessed or used without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, violations of these Terms, or security risks.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website or its content:

- To submit false, inaccurate, or deceptive information
